internet download within 1-3 business days.
In most cases, orders placed before 7pm EST Monday-Thursday
are ready for download the next day

We will attempt to notify you via email when software or tokens are ready.
Since software and tokens are downloaded from the internet, we WILL NOT
cancel or refund a Software or Token order after it has been placed.

We offer a 30 day exchange policy on all defective Cables, Adaptors, and Keys.
There are No refunds or exchanges on keys that have been cut.
